There are 50 states each of which has the opportunity to develop regulatory programs. Those programs we are most concerned with here are derived from Section 401 of the Clean Water Act which concerns state certification of permits issued under this Act. Please note that states differ and we are unable at this time to adequately cover each state. Since we are in Texas we will attempt to provide as much as we are capable of this states regulatory program.
