Wetland delineation during the period of 1989 to 1991 required use of the "Federal Manual for Identifying and Delineating Jurisdictional Wetlands" issued January 10, 1989. A revised version of this manual was issued in 1991 but was never used to any extent. For a little over 2 years the "1989 Federal Manual" was used. We are publishing a "draft" version of this document here as we feel this document, and the subsequent revised version, may become the basis of a replacement for the 1987 Manual. So our Version 3 dated 2 February 1998 is presented here for your use. At this time we only have a PDF version available so you will need Adobe Reader to view and print this document.
