Regional Conditions for using the new NWPs are being finalized by each District/Region with imput from each State. These conditions are likely available from district offices and they are to be finalized by the date the new Nationwide Permit Program becomes effective (June 5, 2000). The National Wildlife Federation has prepared a partial tabulation of these Conditions

The Sec. 401 State Water Quality Certification and Coastal Zone Consistency decisions are also to be finalized by June 5, 2000.
