There were numerous modifications and clarifications made to the Corps' 1987 Wetlands Delineation Manual following Congress' withdrawal of the short-lived "Federal Manual for Identifying and Delineating Jurisdictional Wetlands" (January, 1989). We think we have most of this covered in five documents issued after Congress' re-instatement of the 1987 Manual on August 17, 1991. This was a troubled time for privately employed wetland delineators, so I may be missing some materials in here. Our sources for these documents are cheap, third or forth generation photocopies which do not OCR very well. There are several RGLs that may have applied to this topic but which appear to have expired and we will ignore them for the moment.
