The successful candidate must hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license in Water Resources, Civil, or Environmental Engineering and have Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) Erosion and Sediment Control (ESC) and Stormwater Management (SWM) Plan Reviewer certifications, or be able to obtain the required certifications within one year of employment. This position will support various stormwater and environmental projects, including stormwater management design, erosion and sediment control plan review, regulatory compliance, inspections, reporting, SWPPP development, and client coordination.
