As environmental and cultural resource experts, it’s important that we remain up-to-date on the latest design principles, sustainability practices, and regulatory updates. We provide staff opportunities to stay involved in professional organizations, attend conferences, and pursue certifications. WSSI careers benefits fun stuff

Fun Stuff

We work hard but find time to celebrate our achievements. Each office hosts monthly events to gather with colleagues and departments are encouraged to plan yearly, fun team building activities. Our offices are casual – some are dog-friendly- and you can even find a community garden at our headquarters!

Giving Back

We care about our communities. As a company, we participate in and contribute to a variety of programs including kids trout fishing days, blood drives, and trash clean-up events. We also support personal contributions through our match program to compensate employees for some of their time spent doing individual community service projects. #WSSIcares

Employee Owned

Our success is driven by our people and we take pride in who we are. As part of The Davey Tree Expert Company, our employees have the opportunity to purchase stock and become employee owners. When you’re an employee owner you’re not only working hard for the company, but you’re working hard for yourself.
