Ideal candidates will have a B.S. in Environmental Studies or related field and at least 5 years of experience performing NPDES compliance inspections and reporting. Job responsibilities will include overseeing and managing department operations regarding NPDES stormwater compliance inspections and reporting, SWPPP development and auditing, and coordination with federal and state agencies on wetlands, erosion, sediment control, and stormwater compliance. Responsibilities also include managing project scheduling, budgeting, and billing, preparing proposals, including scope, fees, and RFP responses, providing internal training, mentoring, and implementing standard operating procedures, and collaborating with other WSSI and Davey departments as needed.
